How to use your new Bear MP3 Player:

NOTE: The small disk supplied with this MP3 Bear is for converting audio formats to MP3 and WMA ONLY. It is not necessary to install the software on your computer to recognize this device. The MP3 player will be recognized automatically by your operating system. It is brought to our attention that some computers with VISTA OS have issues with most generic MP3 players. Please visit microsoft.com for the newest driver updates!

How to load your Bear MP3 player:

1. Find the USB cable provide in your package and connect the smaller end to the bear as shown below:

2. Connect the USB cable to your PC's USB port. On the laptops the USB port is either on the side or on the rear. If you have a tower PC (desk top) please look on the back to locate the port.

3. Once you have connected the Bear to your computer, the Bear is recognized as a flash MP3 device. Typically a window will pop (as shown below)

If the window above did not pop up go to windows "Start" ->"My Computer" and double click on the MP3 device to open the folder.

4. Now that the folder is open you can transfer any MP3 or WMA files into the folder. To do so simply select the original file from your computer and drag and drop into the MP3 folder you opened in step 3 above.

5. Once the transfer is complete close the window and unplug the bear from the USB port.

NOTE: It is very important to close the MP3 window before you unplug the bear. By closing the window you avoid shocking or perhaps burning up the device.
